I'm Josh Tredway — founder of Strata IT, and a believer that small and mid-sized businesses deserve the same quality of IT leadership that enterprise companies take for granted.

My background spans over 20 years and a range of industries most IT consultants haven't touched — medical practices, semiconductor manufacturers, clean energy operations, and more than a decade supporting mission-critical systems in federal government and national laboratory environments, under change-control and security accreditation requirements that most IT professionals never encounter.

Most recently, I served as Vice President of Information Technology at a high-growth clean energy company, where I built the entire IT function from a blank page: infrastructure, identity, endpoint, cybersecurity, cloud, and long-range technology strategy.

I started Strata IT because too many businesses are underserved — stuck with break-fix technicians when what they actually need is someone who can solve the immediate problem and help them build toward something better.
